1. Mahasati has 2 parts. Part 1 is 7 days, understanding, learning and practicing. Part 2 is 7 months, homework, practicing by yourself.
2. The 7 factors of enlightenment have 2 parts: the first part is 7 days, the second part is 7 months. It is homework and self-practice.
Self-training is also divided into: training in isolation and training at home, depending on your choice.

การฝึกด้วยตนเองยังแบ่งเป็น ฝึกที่ปลีกวิเวก และ ฝึกที่บ้าน ตามแต่จะเลือก
